There has been a change in schedule for the upcoming speaker tomorrow. It will not be Dr. Weiss from Geisinger NICU. La Diva Dietician will be joining us instead!
What happened last week?
Well, last week was Thanksgiving and we hope everyone had a very wonderful holiday! We have so much to be thankful for. I would just like to say that I am thankful for all of you! You all have been a great support system for my family and I. I am grateful to be a Rotarian and to know all of you! Huggs and kisses!
Two weeks ago, we had our Annual High School Leadership Luncheon at Shawnee! What an impactful meeting with so many senior leaders. Denny Doud our guest speaker spoke on leadership. His key points were physical vitality and sound; enthusiasm is contagious; stamina; analyze and action; and to applaud potential. His key piece of advice was to step forward when no one else will. Leaders must understand who they are leading.
