What happened last week?
50/50-Kirby Upright was called to find the Queen and I think there were only 2 cards left. Sadly he missed. $378 rolls over!
Marty Davey "LaDiva Dietician" came to speak to us about Healthy Holiday Eating. Here are some tips for when you are out at Holiday parties:
1-Wear clothes with buttons and zippers (no elastic)
2-Call the host and ask what they will be serving
3-Ask the host to help you turn down extra food helpings
4-Offer to bring a dish-veggies and salad
5-Bring the hostess a gift such as infused vinegar
6-Walk away from the buffet table
9-Do tasting bites
10-Bring your toothbrush to brush your teeth. HINT: Mint does not mix well with martinis and red wine
11-Your body is your temple. Treat it that way!
