What happened last week?
50/50-Our Sergeant at Arms Rick Berkowitz was called to find the Queen. Did the one most noble succeed??? Nope! Lucky for us $543 rolls over!
We had 2 speakers from Womens Resources. They offer counseling services for all ages with 2 designated counselors for children. They have temporary shelters available as well. The hotline is is staffed by volunteers 24/7 365 days a year.
On average it takes 7 times/attempts for victims to leave their partners. Womens Resources has an upcoming Stalking Awareness event.
