Leslie is the Program Director for RHD Crossroads Community Services, a non-profit organization that offers Blended Case Management, Permanent Supportive Housing, and Flexible Housing Funding in Carbon, Monroe, and Pike Counties in Pennsylvania, and Street 2 Feet Outreach Center, providing case management and outreach services to the homeless population in Monroe County. She is a Licensed Social Worker, with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is a Certified Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner. She serves as Vice President of the Eastern PA Continuum of Care, Chair of the Pocono Regional Homeless Advisory Board and board member for the Monroe County Homeless Advisory Board, and former Adjunct Instructor for Marywood University’s Master of Social Work Program.
