Northampton Community College

Allison Fitzpatrick joined Northampton Community College (NCC) as the vice president for NCC's Monroe Campus in July 2020. Fitzpatrick relies on her decade’s long experience in higher education to bring strategic leadership to the Monroe Campus. In this role, she oversees a full-service campus with 35 certificate and Associate degree programs, several hundred employees, and 2000 students.
During her time at Northampton, Fitzpatrick has led the Monroe Campus through an intense planning process, launching the Monroe Strategic Plan 2021-2024, which will guide the future of the campus and ensure its ability to be responsive to student and community needs.
Fitzpatrick currently serves as a member of the Pocono Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Blue Ribbon Task Force Leadership Group, and as a Board Member of the Pocono Mountain United Way. She lives in Paradise Township with her husband, Eric, and two year old son, Rhys.
