Recap:
Thank you Youth Chair Timaki Johnson and VP Mike Raub for inviting the Essay contest winners to our lunch meeting. It was a pleasure meeting these very talented youth and their families/admnistration. All of the essays were unique with their own personal touches.
Winners were:
1st place - Leyla Yilmaz $300 - Stroudsburg HS
2nd place - Tess Hopkins $200 - East Stroudsburg South HS
3rd place - Alexis Binkos $100 - Stroudsburg HS
Elika Almeida, Founder of Youth Infusion, has graciously extended an invitation to the students to attend the Youth Led Leadership Conference in May at no cost.
We look forward to attending and sharing Rotary at the event also.
