The Chicago attorney formed the Rotary Club of Chicago on 23 February 1905, so professionals with diverse backgrounds could exchange ideas and form meaningful, lifelong friendships. Over time, Rotary's reach and vision gradually extended to humanitarian service."
Rotary has changed over the years and as they say, it's not an "old man's club" anymore. Rotary has opened it's doors to include all genders, all races, religions, profession or no profession, all walks of life....
The Rotary theme for March- Water, Sanitation & Hygiene - asks us to focus on the life changing improvements that we can make through these international projects to provide a more readily available and healthy supply of water to all people.
