(d) Corporate Membership: Government Entities, Nonprofit Corporations, Businesses, Educational Institutions, etc.
The Primary Corporate Member (PCM) must meet the requirements of standard membership. Additionally, the expectations of standard membership may be fulfilled by up to two Alternates from the entity. The noted Alternates also need to file appropriate membership applications with the Corporate Membership. Attendance by either the PCM or the Alternate at meetings, projects and programs shall count towards membership expectation.
The PCM will have all the rights and responsibilities of a standard member. The PCM has the ability of designating his / her duties to a Designee previously noted in the membership application.
