Program: Monroe County Women's Commission, presented by Annette Ackinson.
The Women's Commission is made up of volunteers who bring the issues and concerns of women to the County Commissioners. The Women's Commission is the "hub" and the various women's groups in the County are the "spokes". Bringing all the ideas and concerns together through the commission help with a cohesive effort in finding resolutions.
