President's Corner
Wow!  What a great start to the year!  We have so much going on and the MonRotary is where you can find all of the happenings.

Congratulations to Kin Roberts on being named Rotarian of the Year!  She has participated in every District event this past year and has sponsored 5 new members.  It is well deserved at we appreciate you Kin!

Great job Stacey Rodriguez, Satellite Club Chair and all of the Rotarians that came out to volunteer for Project Healing Waters.  It was a great day to be a ROTARIAN and you can just feel the appreciation that the volunteers had for the veterans but also the appreciation the veterans had for the opportunity to be out fly fishing and enjoying some fellowship.

We have tickets in hand for the Strike Out Polio Railriders Game.  Come on out for a great time and meet some Rotarians from throughout the District.  It will be a great day and bonus points if anyone catches a ball!

Stroudsburgs Rotary Polos are in!  Thanks to Kin Roberts at V-One Embroidery and DG Karen DeMatteo for designing the shirts.  Jessica will have them at the meeting today so if you have not paid, please bring cash or check.  They are $25.  If you will not be at the meeting, please call Jessica 570-269-2891 to make arrangements to get them at her office (Riley and Company in Stroudsburg).  Otherwise, she will have them next week as well.

An email went out the other day about Paul's House Renovation with Habitat for Humanity.  This is another great way we can get our hands dirty.  There is a release form that needs to be signed for volunteers.  Click on the event to get all the details.

Lastly, the Parkers has once again offered to host this years club picnic.  It will be on Saturday August 17th.  More info to come!

Here's to a great start to 2019-2020!  Rotary Connects the World!
