Tourism is one of PA's fastest growing industries with 26.6 million guests per year.
PMVB is allocated funds from the County that are collected from the hotel tax. The funds are used for targeted advertising to bring tourists to the Pocono's. All advertising is done at PMVB opposed to using outside firms.
Pick Up The Pocono's is a trash clean up initiative to keep the Pocono's visibly appealing for the residents and tourists alike. On Sept 29th, there will be a Pick Up the Pocono's event, visit https://www.poconomountains.com/ to sign up for a clean up site. Contractors are cleaning up the interstates but we need volunteers to help with the rural roads.
