Recap - Last week we had the pleasure of listening to Don Oriolo, talk about his journey through the years in art, music, & productions. We learned about his non profit organization Blue Arrow which houses animal rescues. He finished with drawing a picture of Felix the Cat, which his father, Joe Oriolo had co-founded along with Casper. President Stacy presented Don Oriolo with Felix the Cat balloon twisting sculptures, and the famous maple syrup from Frank Hertings' son's farm as a thank you. Tuesday night the Essay committee met at WillowTree, had dinner, evaluated, discussed, and pick the essay winners. In attendance were: Frank Herting, Pat Sayler, V.P. Mike Raub, Chair Timaki Johnson, Dave Yarosh and, Pres Stacy. Leslie Underhill was away and sent in her responses. The committee worked very hard in bringing about the pro's and cons and have come up with a first, second and third winner. The first place winner will be elevated to District in a chance to win a grand prize of $1000. Thank you all that donated to the wildfires.
