Bill Skinner, Assistant Governor Cluster 4, introduced District 7410 Governor Joseph Loughman as our guest speaker. Joe shared his vision for the 2020-2021 year. He stressed the importance of building relationships in ensuring retention. The other emphasis is on communication up and down the Rotary lines to ensure continuity of information and maximizing participation and engagement. He talked about our first virtual District gala which will be on January 24, 2021. The district conference will be in Wellsboro in the Spring. The event will be designed to flip to virtual if the situation similar to 2020 occurs. 

Don Hannig and his committee are hard at work at pulling together an awesome Reverse Raffle. The event will be at the Armory on 271 Washington St in East Stroudsburg. Only the first 200 tickets received will be in the raffle. At this point, all Stroudsburgs Rotarians should have received two tickets. More are available upon request. In addition to the top 3 cash prizes of $5,000, $2,500 and $1,000, there will be overnight stays, gift certificates, LED flat screen TV and more prizes. Please contact any local business or restaurant that would be willing to donate any additional prizes. This was a great event last year and promises to be even better this year with your help. This is our major fundraiser so that we in turn can help our community through our Stroudsburgs Rotary Foundation.
