NAACP Monroe County President and Rotarian Christa Caceres was the Keynote speaker at ESU's 26th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Breakfast.
Her speech was riveting and powerful. Even though this was not a Rotary event Rotarians were in attendance supporting Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s 'I have a Dream" speech, speaking of his dream of a United States that is void of segregation and racism. 6o years later, there has been progress, however, we are still working on this... Christa did a wonderful job!
High School students participated in the annual Julianna V. Bolt art contest scholarship. The three winners are pictured above. It's fabulous how involved the youth are becoming. Don't forget Rotary's essay contest will be starting, so let's get the youth involved.

The Stroudsburg Interact Club is selling Gertrude Hawk candy for their big fundraiser this year. Most of the money goes towards their end of the year local and international donations.
Let's help support our youth's efforts to raise some funds.
Our club/foundation will be assisting the District in donating towards water purification systems in the Ukraine.
Ukraine Assistance will be ongoing:
Please remember the Ukraine families that are going through such hardship right now. Our hearts go out you.
