Habitat of Humanity of Monroe County

My name is Dr. Kelly Jean Kemmerer. I am originally from Monroe County and I attended ESU for my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and Marywood University where I completed my PHD in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies in 2020. I have served as Executive Director of Monroe County Habitat for Humanity for the past 8 years. I also teach business classes part time at Lackawanna College.
