Last week - Thank you to Leyla Yilmaz for reading her wonderful essay to us. A little fast but I give her credit for getting up there. It was such an inspirational essay including Rotary's 4-way test. If you'd like to receive a copy, please respond to this email or email Stacy. We also had the pleasure of District Governor Bill Skinner and his wife attend our meeting. We are very appreciative that the District covered the cost of Leyla's family to attend the Leadership Dinner at Kalahari.
Thank you, Tom Miller, from the Summer Harvest Food Drive. Tom is hoping that area businesses could be drop off location points, and to assist in getting the word out about food donations.
The evening meeting turned into a fellowship at Bovino's in East Stroudsburg. A fun time was had by all that attended.
Rotarian follow-up - Murph is on the mend. He spent some time at a rehab center but is back home.
