David Parker is a lifelong Monroe County resident and public servant, born and raised in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Messiah College with a degree in Business Administration before spending 27 years working in his family’s company, Cramer’s Home Building Centers, where he held roles ranging from buyer to human resources director and store manager. In 2014, Parker was elected State Representative for the 115th District, where he focused on school funding reform and reducing Monroe County’s high property tax burden.
