Passenger Rail Service to the Poconos

Bob Hay was appointed to the Monroe County Railroad Authority in 1988. He has served as Chairman or Vice-Chairman from 1992 to present. Bob was instrumental in preserving the rail line through Monroe County with the initial purchase of 17 miles from Conrail. He has worked to restore commuter rail service from Scranton through the Poconos to New York City for the past 33 years. 
Professionally, Bob is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Real Estate specializing in residential properties. He is a lifelong resident of Monroe County living in Mount Pocono with his wife of 46 years, Beverly. He is a past President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and a Veteran of the Vietnam War.
