The Month of November is designated as Rotary Foundation Month in the Rotary Calendar each year. I'd like to encourage all members to contribute to the Foundation during November. As a special incentive an anonymous donor has offer to match any contribution of $100 or more with Paul Harris Points. So if you contribute $100 you will be credited with 200 points toward a Paul Harris Fellow award or your next level of Paul Harris award. The donor has put no cap on the amount of matching points which is an extremely generous offer and is ONLY being extended to currently active Stroudsburgs Rotarians. Checks ONLY are to be made out to The Rotary Foundation and must be received by the RI Foundation Chair (Jim Becker) between Nov. 1-30. No exceptions! If you donate ONLINE please provide printed proof of your online contribution dated between November 1-30, 2021. No Exceptions! Contributions must be designated to the Rotary Annual Program (SHARE) Fund to be eligible. (Polio Plus Contributions are NOT eligible)
Also please see the attached picture of the New Stroudsburgs Rotary Paul Harris Fellow Banner we unveiled at Thursday's meeting which will be displayed at meetings throughout November, at Special Events and Future Paul Harris Fellow Award meetings and events. Each Badge on the banner is designated with the date the member achieved their Paul Harris Fellow and the emerald and ruby stones representing the appropriate Level of awards achieved. The badges will be update and repositioned annually.
