Stroudsburgs Rotary started April 1922

Originally Rotary was a men's only club until 1987 when the first allowed women to join.

Eileen Holder was Stroudsburgs 1st woman inducted in 1988, and Stroudsburgs first woman President in 1994.  In 2015 was the first African American President Dennis Jeter, and in 2018 our 1st African American Woman President Lucille Pigott- Prawl.  Since then, there have been a total of 4 women Presidents.

 

For Rotary year 2022-2023, Jennifer E. Jones became Rotary International's 1st woman President in their 115 year history.
